Theodore Raymond Anderson, 72, of Cambridge, departed this life on Sunday, November 12, 2023. \n\nHe was born April 6, 1951, son of the late Corean M Anderson Parker, and Theodore H Parker Sr. Theodore attended Cambridge High School here in Dorchester County. \n\nHe worked at J. M. Clayton for 57 years. He loved the Brooks’ brothers, and all the ones he worked with at the plant, and also who he met on delivery or wherever his job needed him to travel to. \n\nTheodore was a lovable Husband, Father, Brother, Son and a good Friend to the young and the old. He was the kind of person who would help anyone and didn’t mind doing it. If you were upset about something, after he finished talking to you, he would have you laughing. He was one of a kind. \n\nIn addition to his father, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Christine Anderson; mother in-law, Rita Travers; one son, Michael Lewis (Shermaine), four daughters, Juanita Cornish, April Anderson, Victoria Rivers (Ervin) and Rose (whom he raised as his own); William Ennals Sr. (whom was close to him like one of his own); several grandchildren, including a special granddaughter, Tysheka Anderson; one stepdaughter, Michelle Travers; three step-grandchildren, Donald Stewart Jr., DaMonte’ Travers, and Nishai’ Jamison; one sister, Brenda A. Anderson; two brothers, Theodore Parker Jr., and Gerald Stewart; extended family of brothers and sisters, Rosalie Metts, Fran Lewis, Vanessa Lewis, William Lewis, and Donald Stewart Sr.; a special cousin, Faye Alsup (Richard) whom were as close as a brother and sister; three sister-in-laws, Reverend Elsie Ennals (Oliver), Lois Dillard (Ivory), Lucina Mundy; several nieces and nephews, Jeanine Anderson, Shavonne Anderson, Tyron Anderson, Theniece Parker, and a host of other relatives and friends.\n\nTheodore was preceded in death by his mother, Corean Anderson Parker; grandmother, May Anderson; daughter, Cassandra Anderson; two grandsons, Tyson Butler, and Tay Anderson; stepson, Dontra Travers; sister-in-law, Betty Travers; two brother-in-laws, James Travers Jr., and Edward Mundy; father- in-law, James Travers Sr.; and son-in-law, Larry Cornish.
