Rosemary Belizaire

Rosemary Latham Belizaire departed this life on Monday, September 5, 2011 at her home in Cambridge, MD. Born September 19, 1960 in Poughkeepsie, NY she was the daughter of the late Walter W. Latham and Rosalie Williams Latham. In 1984 she married Oswald Belizaire. Rosemary traveled a lot in her younger years. She was friendly and outgoing. Rosemary ,like her mother and father, never met a stranger. She enjoyed family and friends and was always the life of the party. She enjoyed cooking and having family around to eat. She also enjoyed music. Rosemary worked briefly at the Wesleyan Nursing Home as a CNA, private sitting, Airpax in Cambridge, MD and ConAgra Foods in Hurlock, MD. Rosemary is survived by two children, Sheheesha Lathan and Tewan Latham; two grandchildren, Maktalya & Makhayla Russell (all of Minneapolis, MN); five brothers, William H. Williams (Linda), Clinton, MD, Melvin C. Williams (Mattie), Minneapolis, MN, Robert C. Lathan (Dee), Chicago, ILL, Walter W. Latham Jr. (Cambridge, MD) and Tyrone Williams (Beatrice), Federalsburg, MD; five sisters, Ethel M. Scott (Leroy), NY, Doris A. Washington (Preston, MD), Harriett Fellows (Wilbur), Baltimore, MD, Dazaree Shabazz (Lacy), Hurlock, MD and Darcus Barry (New Bern, NC) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Joyce Peyton and one brother, Ronald Latham. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
