On Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Robert Andre Kellum went home to be with the Lord. He was the beloved son of John and Gloria Kellum.\n \n Robert was born on May 14, 1970 in Easton, Maryland where he attended Talbot County Public Schools and received his high school diploma in 1996. To further his education, he attended ITT Technical Institution in Owings Mills, Maryland, pursing a Criminal Law degree.\n \n He was employed at Shore Stop for a brief period. He was also employed with McDonald's, Wilson Construction, R & L Industries, Allen Food and O.N. Andrews & Son., Inc.\n \n Whole Wheat or Wheat, as he was fondly called, was a well-mannered and fun loving person willing to lend a hand to anyone he could.\n \n He leaves to sing praises of his homegoing, his parents, John and Gloria Kellum (Cordova, MD); maternal grandfather, George "Sonny" Palmer (Doris), Wittman, MD; paternal grandmother, Sarah Kellum (Easton, MD); maternal grandmother, Gloria Hale (New York, NY; nine aunts, Sharon Kellum (Cambridge, MD), Angela Kellum (Forth Worth, TX, Joan Russell (Ernest) and Geneva Pritchett (both of Easton, MD), Helen Chase (Walter), Trappe, MD, Barbara Sanders (Washington, DC), Helen Milburn and Amila Wilson (both of Cordova, MD), Evelyn Kellum (Philadelphia, PA), Cordelia Albright (White Plains, NY) and Marion Carter (Charles), Baltimore, MD; nine uncles, Paul Kellum (Earlene), Joppa, MD, David Kellum (Magda) and Arthur Kellum (Clarette), Cordova, MD; Levi Green (Ada), Philadelphia, PA, Clinton Adams (Detroit, MI), Lester Wilson (Rebecca), Oxford, MD, Robert Adams (Judy), New York, NY, Russell Adams (Betty), Camp Springs, MD and Preston Adams (Washington, DC); a godson, Jordan Banks and a host of cousins and loving friends.\n \n Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 1pm at Union Baptist Church 223 Glenwood Ave Easton, MD with a viewing two hours prior to the services. Interment Chapel Cemetery.
