Renee Jackson

Renee Laverne Jackson transitioned into eternity September 21, 2022, at the Peake Healthcare at the Pines in Easton, MD.at the age of 49 years old.

She was born May 6, 1973, in Bronx, NY.  She was preceded in death by her father Gregory Jackson and her grandmother Shirley Dean, who helped to raise her from birth.

Renee graduated from Cambridge South Dorchester High School in Cambridge MD in the class of 1992. She worked at Coldwater Seafood and Black & Decker before her health failed.

From an early age she attended Waugh Chapel United Methodist Church continuing until her health failed.

Renee was a loving, kind, and quiet person, who enjoyed watching basketball especially her favorite team the Lakers and her favorite player, Kobe Bryant.  She also enjoyed Wrestling especially Monday nights WWE.  Renee loved the holidays and when she could not attend holiday celebrations she always looked forward to a plate from Grandmother.

Renee leaves to celebrate her life: one daughter Danasha Dobson, Cambridge; her mother Diane Dean, Bronx NY; her grandmother Marion Green, Cambridge; two sisters, Nicola Jackson, and Tanya Jackson, Bronx, NY.; four uncles, George Robinson, Jr, Baltimore, MD, Rev. Jerome Tilghman (Linda), Cambridge, Edward Jackson, Cambridge, and Timothy Johnson (Lynn), Cambridge; five aunts, Phyliss Dickerson, Easton, Constance Elliott (Freddie), Chadocia Green (James), and Bonnie Green, Cambridge; and Shinell Green, Atlanta, GA.,  a special friend Thomas Bailey and stepson Dominique and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Renee was preceded in death by her uncle Larae Jackson.
