Radis Lee Sr Obituary (1943

Radis Bancroft Lee Sr. better known as Benny Lee, 67 of Cambridge, MD, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010 at Dorchester General Hospital. He was the son of the late Radis B. King and Elsie Mae lee. Radis, "Benny", graduated from Maces Lane High in 1961. He worked for 47 years for Chesapeake Utilities. Radis "Benny" was also an ordained Deacon at New Revelations Baptist Church where the late Rev. William A. Hitchens Sr. was pastor. He was married until 1970 for thirty-one years. Preceding him in death are four brothers, Donald, Ronald, Mitchell and Wayne Lee. Radis "Benny" leaves behind five children, Margaret Woolford (Eugene Muhammad), Charmain Camper, Darlene Lee, Linda Lee and Radis Lee Jr; fourteen grandchildren, Dontre' Lee, Lynise Camper, Charnice Camper, Tyrell Lee, Averya Lee, Warren Woolford, Brian Lee, Te'Amber Lee, Damirr Lee, Rachelle Lee, RayMia Lee (Pre), Martin Mine Jr., Kiambre' Taylor and RaJave' Lee (RJ); one great grandson, Zamel Camper; two sisters, Oceanious Gibbs and Darlene Bellinger; one brother, James Lee; two special women in his life, Emily Lee and Beverly Camper; two sisters in-law, Norbe Lee and Racheal Lee and a special prayer partner, Joanne Chase, along with a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 12 noon at New Revelations Baptist Church 711 Bradley Ave Cambridge with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
