Oneida Elizabeth Williams, "Juanita", departed this life on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007 at home in Aberdeen, Maryland.\n \n Born April 28, 1935 in Cambridge, MD, Juanita was the first child of the late Phillip Clash.\n \n She was raised by the late Frances Clash Kiah. Juanita spent most of her childhood in Cambridge on her grandparents farm. In 1959, she married the late Moses Williams and moved to Bridgeport, Connecticut in the early 60's where raised her family.\n \n Juanita worked various jobs such as the crab house and laundry with in the hospitals. In August, 1991, Juanita rededicated her life to Jehovah God and symbolized it with water baptism. She spent many hours in field ministry, was a regular bible student and attended Christian meetings.\n \n She loved to tell jokes, spending time with her grandchildren, playing bingo, arts & crafts, playing cards, dancing, watching westerns, cooking, listening to music and singing Al Green songs. She also loved California Love by TuPac.\n \n Juanita was preceded in death by Rodapae Yates and Addie Mae "Tasha" Williams.\n \n She leaves to cherish memories of a well lived life four brothers, David Lewis, Jr., Daniel Lewis, Phillip Clash and Kevin Clash; three children, Raymond Yates (Cynthia), Pamela Oguagha and Atamya Crockett; twelve grandchildren, Raymond Yates, Jr., Zuri Howard, Danyell Williams, Kiah-Monique Oguagha, Raw Quandia Yates, Telonan Williams, Ziavein Yates, Laquon Williams, Taylor Brown, Charles Tower, Jr.and Janae Crockett; four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a number of friends and associates who miss her dearly.\n \n Services will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 11am at Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall 2616 Cambridge Beltway Cambridge, MD. Interment will follow in Bucktown Cemetery. There will be a viewing Tuesday evening 7-9 pm at Henry Funeral Home, PA 510 Washington St Cambridge, MD.
