Norma Lee Rollins peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at her home. She was born April 22, 1929 in Hurlock, Maryland, daughter of the late William and Minnie Wright.\n \n Norma attended elementary school in Hurlock, Maryland and later attended St. Clair High School in Cambridge, Maryland. She was employed by several businesses in Grasonville Maryland; Fisherman's Inn and Crab Deck and United Shellfish Co., Inc.\n \n She leaves to mourn her loss and cherish fond memories her son, William J. Wright Sr., and daughter in-law, Valdessia Wright of Cambridge, MD; three grandchildren, William J. Wright Jr. (El Jr.) and his wife Audra and Darius L. Wright (El) and his wife Brenda, all of Baltimore, MD and Shinelle A. Green and her friend Sheldon Jackson of Cambridge, MD; a sister, Ella M. Holland of Preston, MD; a brother, Ray L. Wright of Hurlock, MD; five great grandchildren, La Quante Wright of Hurlock, MD, LaQuesha and Myesha Wright, Terrance and Tershia Green (all of Cambridge, MD) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010 12 noon at Greater Mt. Olive Full Gospel Baptist Church 601 Douglas St Cambridge, MD with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Interment in the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery Monday, March 8, 2010 9am.
