Mary Frances “Tyler” Laird, 48 of Crisfield died Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. She was the daughter of Gerald Thomas Tyler, Jr and Julia Deborah Goldsboro Tyler of Crisfield.\n \n\n Mary was raised in Crisfield and attended the public schools of Somerset County. She was a member of St Paul AME Church where she served faithfully. Mary loved fishing. She was also an avid lover of her dogs, fish tank, children, and the Pittsburg Steelers. Mary was a friend to all who met her. She was known for being the neighborhood babysitter.\n \n\n Besides her parents, Mary leaves to cherish fond memories with her 2 children: Jessica Tilghman of Crisfield and Michael (Danielle) Turner of Baltimore; 2 grandchildren: Alexa Turner of Baltimore and Myracle Fields of Crisfield; 5 brothers: Johnny (Velinda) Tyler of Pittsville, Jeremy (Mandy) Tyler of Snow Hill, Matthew (Erica) Tyler of Millsboro, Delaware, Ronald (Cindy) Sterling of Greensboro, Delaware, and Aaron Sterling of Princess Anne; one sister, Veronica (Leon) Lofland of Crisfield, one aunt, seven uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
