Lamont Laforest Jones, Jr. (Monty), 36, of Cambridge, MD passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. Lamont was born May 27, 1985 to the late Yolanda D. Palmore and Lamont L. Jones, Sr. Lamont was educated in the Dorchester County Public School System. Lamont was affiliated with several churches during his life. During his life he was employed with several companies. Lamont was a loving individual that enjoyed spending time with his family. Lamont was preceded in death by his mother,Yolanda D. Palmore, grandmother Eva M. Palmore, grandfathers Robert King and Paul L. Hooper. Lamont leaves to cherish fond memories his children; Cherish and Amontie Young (Cambridge, MD); father Lamont L. Jones Sr. (Pamela), grandmother Lillian Jones, sisters Tykeia Palmore, Youlinka (Michael) Kollock, Nishika Palmore, Tykeshia Willis, James Hooper III, DeShawn (Elenzor) Camper (all of Cambridge, MD) and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
