Ida was born on December 14, 1947 in Baltimore, Md. to Daisy M. Thomas and Alphonso\nHopkins. She attended Baltimore City Public Schools.\nShe worked several jobs throughout her life, but being a homemaker was what she loved.. She\nalso loved spending time with family, friends and grandchildren. She loved shopping and going\nto restaurants with her sister. Ida also loved riding her scooter up and down race street,\nwatching westerns, fishing and crabbing on the choptank river.\nIda was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Charles Gross, Richard Thomas, Jimmy\nSayles, James Gross and sisters, Ella Mae Thomas and Margaret Clark.\nIda is survived by her Daughter, Ida Brown(Anthony), Sons, Eugene Thomas, Luther\nThomas(Meka), Sister, Bertha Northam(Howard), Goddaughter Evette Milburn and special\nfriend , Ms. Paulette. She also leaves to cherish her memories grandchildren, Lashawnda,\nBaria, Luther Jr, Jordan, Jasmyn, Jadyn Thomas and eight great grandchildren.
