Dorothy Virginia Harris Brown Dennis

Early on the morning of Tuesday, April 14, 20 26, God called Dorothy home for eternal rest.

Dorothy was born in Easton, Maryland to the late Norman and Dorothy Harris. She was the youngest of 3 sisters. Her family nickname was Jerl. She graduated from Robert Russa Morton High School in 1968.

Dorothy moved to New Jersey to live with her sister, Norma Lee, for a period of time. It was during this time that she met and married the love of her life, Donald Brown. To this union, they had a son, Donald Brown, Jr. Many years later, upon the death of Donald, Dorothy remarried to John Dennis.

Dorothy worked for Easton General Hospital, Black & Decker, and Walmart.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Donald Brown and John Dennis; her parents, Norman and Dorothy Harris; and a sister, Janet Green.

Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory her son, Donald Brown, Jr.; a sister, Norma Lee Harris Davis (James); an aunt, Nora Harris; and a host of cousins and friends.
