Doris Molock

Doris Lenora Molock, 87, departed this life Thursday October 15, 2020 at Shore Regional Health Hospital in Easton, MD. She was born July 10, 1933 in Linas Road, MD to the late Preston and Mary McNamara. She received her education at Lina’s Road Elementary School and St. Clair High School.

She was employed at several sewing factories and in the    seafood industry. Doris was a life-time member of John     Wesley U.M. Church Linas Road, MD where the Rev. Roslyn Watts is Pastor. She was a member of the Usher Board, the Singing and Praying Band, the United Methodist Women and she was also President of the Women in White of Lina’s Road. She was a Lay Speaker and involved in other numerous    committees and church activities. Doris was a member of  Delmarva Community Services (Mac Center). Her hobbies were quilting, ceramics, crafts, and coloring.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Rudell Ermit   Molock; her children: Beverly Smith, Rudell (Rudy) Molock, Jr.m Danny (Wanda) Molock and Dwaine Molock, her sister Shirley McNamara, sister in law Patricia McNamara, six grandchildren, Michael(Nikki) Taylor, Caresa Smith, Nikia Molock, Shamaya Molock, Shemeka(Duane) Smith and Danny Molock, Jr., seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents; her children  Rodney Molock, Mark Molock and Lenora Molock; sisters Novella Young and Dorothy Beverly, her brothers Clifton McNamara, Sherwood McNamara, Nathaniel Cornish and Donald McNamara.
